I have received a message from IOB to my mobile 9444710223 as follows: " Mandate(Ref No.IOB000000000830369) fvg. null, Rs.28000.00,Freq.:As and when presented is accepted. Applicable charges will be collected-IOB. "
Kindly confirm whether message has been sent by IOB and inform whether the amount of Rs.28000/- will be deducted from my or my daughter account or some other meaning. Please inform.
