Respected Sir, Misusing the power of Government post, a letter PG.PORTAL.334.2020.21 BULANDSHAHR DATED 17.10.2022 had sent on dated 19.10.2022 by post to the complainant by Mr. T.P. Singh, Superintendent of Post Head Post Office Bulandshahr in which told complainants complaints unnecessary by him in which the complainant wants to urge that please take a reference of dated 03.05.22 Maman Choki BSR, dated 08.04.22 SSP, SP City, DM Office BSR, dated 21.06.22, 22.07.22 Kotwali Nagar BSR, dated 28.6.22 Choki Ansari Road BSR, called to complainant at above places by police officers regarding testimony but action has not been taken and saved to Superintending of Post BSR not to present at above places regarding testimony. As well as complainant application had not received on 08.04.22 as well as told that missed call is not a crime. In present, ATM CARD ISSUED WITHOUT COMPLAINANT ORAL AND WRITTEN PERMISSION BY D.M. BSR AND SPO BSR ON DATED 19.09.2022. Mr. Virendra Kumar SI 08218649045 Choki Ansari Road BSR called to complainant on 28.6.22 regarding complainant testimony but after visit at above choki by complainant, neither written testimony copy had given nor a FIR lodged against Superintending of Post BSR, as well as misbehaved, cried, tried to kill and made pressure to remove names of police officers from application in which complaint had given by complainant on 112 Number Police on 29.6.22 in which action has not been taken till now. As well as misused the power of police, said in his phone recording to present complainant in every complaint at related police station regarding testimony in which complainant presented at above Choki on 28.06.22 but Jansunwai complaints 40014222020096, 20951, 20830 cancelled on the basis of self, partially report by above Mr. Virendra Kumar in which Allegations not proven without complainant testimony that said by above ASP Sir according rule work. The complainant wants MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION and FIR in above all. SIR, ATM CARD ISSUED WITHOUT COMPLAINANT ORAL AND WRITTEN PERMISSION BY D.M. BSR AND SPO BSR ON DATED 19.9.2022 AS WELL AS Choki Ansari Road Bulandshahr Mr. Virendra Kumar SI 08218649045 MADE PRESSURE ON COMPLAINANT NOT TO LODGE A FIR DATED 28.06.2022 AND ASP Bulandshahr Shri Shashank Singh No. 9454401552 FALSE REPORTS REGARDING PHONE TESTIMONY DATED 22.2.2022 IN WHICH ANY PHONE TESTIMONY HAD NOT GIVEN ON ABOVE DATE IN SPITE OF THAT MANY COMPLAINTS HAD CANCELLED THAT WAS A BIG OFFENCE. AS WELL AS COMPLAINANTS NAME HAD WRITTEN IN G.D. REGISTER AT KOTWALI NAGAR BULANDSHAHR ON 22.7.2022 BUT ACTION NOT TAKEN ON ABOVE PERSONS TILL NOW. IN PRESENT, without check the above facts, blamed to complainant by ASP NAGAR BULANDSHAHR ANUKRITI SHARMA JI through report ST.IGRS1.22.31.10.2022 and SAVED TO ABOVE OFFICERS WITHOUT ANY ACTION ON ABOVE PERSONS. AS WELL AS application had not been received on dated 08.04.2022 by SP CITY BULANDSHAHR MR. SURENDRA NATH TIWARI No. 9454401023 as well as argued to the complainant that missed call is not a crime. Balance details of wrong works by police officers have been given on above close complaint attached pdf file. IN PRESENT THE COMPLAINANT WANTS MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION AND A LEGAL ACTION ON ABOVE POLICE OFFICERS, SUPERINTENDING OF POST HPO BULANDSHAHR.
