    60000220030223, Respected Sir, Please take a ref. of PGPortal334.2020.21.BSR.25.04.22 in attached closed complaint PMOPG.E.2022.0097033, 25.4.22 in which words used ANAVASYAK SHIKAYATE KARKE SARKARI KARYO MEI VYAVDHAN UTPAAN KIYA JA RAHA HEI in which please take a Ref. of PG.Portal.334.2020.21.BSR.Dt. 01.10.21, wrong allegation on complainant regarding passbook, signature mismatch, wrong inquiry on complainant while hide rules of account, atm close, not a knowledge of account close in which written testimony Question No. 1 to 10 of complainant had taken on dated 22.09.21 by Inspector Northern Circle Head Post Office Bulandshahr Mobile 9414245524 at complainant residence in which allegation had made against complainant in report PG.PORTAL.334.2020.21,BSR,24.09.21 then after again written testimony had taken through letter no. BSR.CI.Inquiry.Anurag Agarwal.2021.BSR.02.09.2021 by Inspector Circle Office at Head Post Office Bulandshahr in which again allegation had made against complainant in report PG.PORTAL.334.2020.21,BSR,01.10.2021. Fear to the complainant through missed call two times in 03.59 PM on 19.01.2022 by Mr. Jordan J and in third call on above date and time made pressure on complainant that COMPLAINTS WILL CONTINUE AND YOU CAN CLOSE THE SAVING ACCOUNT and make pressure on complainant to close account through sent letter PG.PORTAL334.202021, BULANDSHAHR, DATED 19.01.22 and 04.03.22 by post with Account Closure Form SB7A without complainant permission and to sent three persons Rajkumar Sharma Post Assistant Saving Bank, Postmaster 9627967147, M.S.Dagur PRI.P 7983613213 on dated 19.01.2022 at 05.00 PM in Corona without any prior information and letter on behalf of Superintending of Post Bulandshahr to make pressure on complainant to close saving account so that all complaint could be closed. The complaint DPG.P.2021.80827 had discussed through phone 01123345637 with attached mail on 26, 27.10.21 after that Mr. Anant Kumar 01123363733 on 01.11.21 after that phone 01124675763 on 16.11.21 regarding MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION and JUSTICE but it had closed by D.P.G. Delhi on 07.12.21 without provides MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION to complainant and without complainant reply. The facts are against of complainant in letter 174.175 dated 3.2.2022 with attach letter PGPortal 334 dated 2.2.2022 that is a one side decision to ignore complainant reply dated 4.2.2022 to dmbul mail and told complainant correspondence useless on PG Portal, Jansunwai Portal, National Consumer Helpline and other offices by Superintending of Post Head Post Office Bulandshahr. Please take a reference of closed complaint 60000220044702 dated 04.04.2022 that had submitted to ASP Nagar Bulandshahr Shri Shashank Singh No. 9454401552 through Letter No. ST.IGRS.3.22 Dated 20.04.2022, closed on false facts wrong allegation on the complainant regarding fillup SB7A form dated 27.08.2021, etc. in attached reports PG.PORTAL.334.2020.21,BSR, DATED 18.04.2022 and 22.02.2022 in which action has not been taken till now. In present, Complainant wants MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION and a legal action on Head Post Office Bulandshahr that had discussed from three persons dated 19.01.22 at complainant residence, through mail pgofficer at the rate dpg.gov.in dated 26, 27.10.2021, Shri Anant Kumar 01123363733 dated 06.10.21 and 01.11.21 and DPG New Delhi 01124675763 dated 16.11.2021 and The D.M. Bulandshahr 05732280351, 9454417563 dated 08.10.21 and 28.09.21. As well as IN ABOVE, A CALL HAD MADE BY THE D.M.BSR NO. 05732280351 ON 8.10.21 AFTER THAT FULL COMPLAINT MATTER, MISSED CALL IMAGE, RECORDING 19.1.22 HAD SENT BY COMPLAINANT ON 28.09.21, 30.10.21, 21.1.22, 3.2.22, 16.2.22, 19.2.22,22.2.22,23.2.22,15.3.22,8.4.22 ON WHATSUP 9454417563 but any action has not been taken till now. All above comes under crime in which neither final satisfactory report has been attached in closed complaint 60000220063025 on Jansunwai Portal nor action taken till now in above all.
