Complaint Received wrong product and money not refunded

    i have ordered two jeans pant 1- HASASI DENIM BLUE- Rs.849/- 2-HASASI DENIM LIGHT BLUE-Rs. 898/- with a total amount of Rs.1747. But unfortunately company have send one broom holder instead of two jeans pant. I have paid Rs.1747/- on 6/10/2022 vide Transaction ID- T2210061400051578693492. After receiving the Broom Holder, I have requested for replacement of the item on the same date and the pickup date was scheduled on 08/10/2022. After the pickup, only one item is replaced i.e HASASI DENIM BLUE JEANS PANT is received on 14/10/2022 and the other product i.e HASASI DENIM LIGHT BLUE JEANS (suborder ID- 53930907327) was neither replaced nor refunded the amount of the product i.e Rs-898/- to my account.
