    I want to bring your kind notice that your bus conductor of cluster bus having bus registration no DL1TD0273 . He is misbehaving with me while traveling from GTB crossing to Burari Crossing . He is not his duty good behavior . His body language is like this that he is the owner of the bus. Moreover he is bubling that free passenger [females] traveling without paying . His focus on to give ticket firstly whom give money to him like normal passengers.
    He is arguing to give complaint book .He is saying that I don't give you complaint book , you may do anything . I have higher approach in DTC .
    I made a complaint on your land line complaint No 011 45396342 regarding this but he don't give any registration no of complaint . He disconnect the phone himself . I made again many calls on that no again , but nobody picks the call . Call timings 5:30 PM . 01 Oct 2022.
    Pls take this act seriously.
