Complaint Payment not received by merchant

    I have transfered Rs.2000/- on 30.09.2022 at 3.40 a.m using Indian bank debit card to deccan games p ltd through "Techprocess payment gateway " as per transaction reference no:200000494554. Amount debited in my bank account but amount not received by merchant (deccan games p ltd).

    Amount debited in my account as per following details:
