The process has done at District Level and the application approval letter has been sent to The Director
Department of IT Shimla with reference to the Dispatch No. CSC/e-Gov/Dharamshala/2022/73 dated 23
August 2022.
The CSC/LMK/IDs will be issued from CSC SPV. A copy was already marked to State Head CSC SPV for
necessary action and during the process of application the applicant was informed accordingly time to time
through telephonically as well as his personal visit in the office.

C.S.C.Head Office Shimla and physical verification done on the basis of the Panchayat letter. C.S.C.I.D. and
Password will be sent in your mail.I.D.within 15 days. But to date, I have not gotten the mail. I request you to
kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and help us out. It has been pending for Nine months now.
