Complaint Parcel not delivered

I had ordered something 2 months back which came through delhivery courier. The parcel which was out for delivery was damaged on the way and did not give me any update after that. I went to the courier and asked, they did not get the parcel, later went to 45 times when they told that the parcel is damaged, after that they returned the parcel on 19th July. And the parcel has not arrived yet, whenever you go there first, it is not right. And if you do, it is said that today the parcel has reached there.
Please solve my problem.
