    Dear Team,

    Greeting from the day!!!

    I had servicing my bike from Kataria Honda, Surat, Gujarat on Dt. 16/07/2022, I had inform to Service advisor regarding concern, bike is rubbing and noise came from like “ghar ghar “ which was also mention on job card, after servicing same issue facing & concern not resolve yet.

    I re-visited at service center date 19/07/2022, regarding issue now they told me that “chain Chakkar and releated parts“ have been damage/ fail.

    For your information, i am single handed user & my bike is running daily 30-35 kms only so at the time of servicing 12,844 kms was mention on job card and i can't believe that within 1.5 yrs "chain Chakkar and releated parts“ have been damage/ fail., so company provide poor/worst quality of parts - products so that customer is been facing these type of problem.

    My question to HONDA Company, was it good quality of products?, if it is good then within 1.5 yrs "chain Chakkar and releated parts“ cann’t have damage/ fail.

    At the time of New Sales, HONDA company marketing good quality of products in market, especially in BS VI models and then provide worst quality of products to customer.

    From the market news many of customers facing concerns like that “chain Chakkar” have been damage/fail in Honda Shine BS-VI model, so that my suggestion is to HONDA company to take serious note of that & resolve as soon as possible.

    I am very disappointed to know that within 1.5 yrs “chain Chakkar and releated parts“ have been damage/ fail. But I request to HONDA Company to will have replace the same parts in my bike ASAP.

    I hope HONDA company take serious action against complain and resolve my concern ASAP.
