    Dear Sir/Mam,

    With due respect I would like to bring into your notice concern regarding misbehave of Ground staff at Amritsar International airport. We boarded a flight from Singapore to Amritsar. We landed and ground staff selected 6 persons from the entrance and kept us waiting without telling us the purpose. Later  our passport was taken for a reason for checking purposes. 

    After half an hour we were told that we had to go through Covid test and pay the amount and for this they had to take our passports and MS. Sapandeep Kaur who was incharge there said she won't let immigration clear until we pay for the test.She has gone to every counter and told the officials not to clear our immigration as she is the boss. This behaviour is totally unacceptable. 

    This is very rude behaviour. They don't have any proof of temperature check at time of Check in. It's not the first time we travelled abroad. But the behavior of Madam Sapandeep Kaur was so rude, with no respect for the time of people travelling. We paid for tickets and expected service but we were disheartened, felt insulted and threatened humiliated and harassed .This is the reason we request to take necessary action.Flight No: Scoot tr 508Aircraft 788PNR no: L5RYWF


    One of the major issue is that how can ground staff take our passport and denied to give us back to clear our immigration. Who has given them the authority to take our identity for foreign travel without our permission. 



    Are we supposed to be threatened by Ground staff. Are they supposed to take our passports in there custody???
