    My sister couriered me the Rakhi for festival of "Rakshabandhan" which not delivered on time and is very disappointing to me. Today i got call from DTDC courier boy Mr. Sonu(Which he told on call). Courier boy told me to collect the courier from Rau office or from Regal Stationary in Rau. I told him to deliver the courier at mentioned address but he denied. I also told him that service is available by DTDC for Pin Code: 453331 and Greenwood park colony is coming under same PIN Code but he denied to deliver the courier in spite of repeated request. This causing me great inconvenience and also spoiled the festival of "Rakshabandhan" for me.
