Respected Sir,Madam with respect, the complainant want to urge that please take a reference of letter 174.175 Dated 03.02.2022 that has sent on complainant mail id anu7321gmail.com on 03.02.2022 through mail dmbul nic.in with attached letter PG.Portal334.202021 Bulandshahr 02.02.2022 in which facts are against complainant and it is a one side decision to ignore complainant reply dated 04.02.2022 to dmbul nic.in, cmbsr2020gmail.com, shikayat.prakoshth2021gmail.com and also sent on District Magistrate Sir Whatsup No. 9454417563 and City Magistrate 9454416726 on 03.02.2022 in which an action has not been taken from 19.01.2022 to till now towards District Magistrate Bulandshahr regarding fear to complainant through missed call two times in 03.59 PM on 19.01.2022 by Mr. Jordan J true caller name said name Mr. Abhishek 7017762429 and blame to complainant again and again through letter PG.PORTAL 334.202021, BULANDSHAHR, DATED 24.09.2021 and PG.PORTAL334.202021, BULANDSHAHR, DATED 1.10.2021, 20.10.2021 Ref. DPG.P.2021.80827 DATED 2.9.2021 and make pressure on complainant to close account through sent letter PG.PORTAL334.202021, BULANDSHAHR, DATED 19.01.2022 by post with Account Closure Form SB7A without complainant permission and to sent three persons Post Assistant Saving Bank, Postmaster, and Shri M.S. Dagur PRI.P Mobile No. 7983613213 at complainant residence on dated 19.01.2022 time 05.00 PM in Corona and Omicron without any prior information, any call, any letter on behalf of Superintending of Post Bulandshahr. The complaint DPG.P.2021.80827 had discussed through phone 01123345637 with attached mail on 26.10.21 after that Mr. Anant Kumar 01123363733 on 01.11.21 after that phone 01124675763 on 16.11.21 regarding MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION and JUSTICE but it had closed by D.P.G. Delhi on 07.12.21 without provides MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION to complainant and without complainant reply. The Complainant had attended a call on dated 23.02.2022 in 03.14 PM from Shri Manveer Singh CO City Office Bulandshahr Mobile No. 09759411642 regarding online complaint against Head Post Office Bulandshahr and after that complaint matter had listened in very short from the complainant by him then after full complaint matter and missed call image and call recording dated 19.01.2022 on behalf of Mr. Jordan J Mobile No. 07017762429, Bulandshahr Divisional Office India Post sent by the complainant on above sir whatsup no. 09759411642 after his confirmation and necessary action. The complainant wants to say that in complainants above all complaint, a call had attended by the complainant from The District Magistrate Bulandshahr Office Telefone No. 05732280351 on dated 08.10.2021 for necessary action and after that full complaints matter and missed call image and call recording dated 19.01.2022 regarding Jordan J had sent by the complainant on dated 28.09.2021, 30.10.2021, 21.01.2022, 03.02.2022, 16.02.2022 on the The District Magistrate Whatsup No. 9454417563 in spite of this any action has not been taken till now and after that feared to the complaint through two missed call dated 19.01.2022 by above Jordan J and after that call that complaints will continue and close the account while it is a rule of every bank and post office that any post office, bank do not call to customer and do not correspondence with customer through two missed call and phone call because missed call comes under threat and it is not a general trend. In present, Complainant wants MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION and a legal action on above all authorities that has been discussed Head Post Office Bulandshahr three persons dated 19.01.2022 at complainant residence, through mail pgofficer at the rate dpg.gov.in dated 27.10.2021, Shri Anant Kumar 01123363733 dated 06.10.2021 and 01.11.2021 and DPG New Delhi 01124675763 dated 16.11.2021 and The D.M. Bulandshahr 05732280351, 9454417563 dated 08.10.2021 and 28.09.2021.
