Complaint Confused between two good job

    I was a government school teacher for last 11 years and now working as a government college teacher (presently same salary) . School job has the advantage of
    1. Not transferable,
    2. Low workload,
    3. I can focus on development of other skills.

    College job has the advantage of
    1. Promotion in service.
    2. Health scheme

    But the major disadvantage is for continuing the college job I may have to leave my home and family in future.

    I am confused what I actually want? Should I focus on school job so that my family life is properly maintained or focus on college job and remain mentally prepare to leave family?
