    This is to bring in your kind notice, that I ordered a BTS coffee mug on 8th july, which I received damaged and even after continuous complaints, very ill customer service was provided and on 22 july, order replacement got automatically cancelled and now I am not receiving any kind of refund or replacement. This is not only happening with me but many customers when I read the reviews and I believe this kind of performance is not good for the company. I hope something will be done at the earliest.
