We are the residents of Ansal API,Fairway Apartment, Megapolis, Ansal API, Chamrawali Ramgarh, Dadri-203207.
That :
Electricity supply has been disconnected since last 15 days.( from 14th July ,2022 approx) We and our families are bound to live in Dark.
That :
The electric connection provided to the developer - Ansal API is a temperory connection, which was being renewed since years .from UPPCL Dadri
That :
We residents get the electricity bill from Ansal API, as per the electric meter fixed for our apartments and we pay to Ansal through cheque on timely manner .
That:
The Bill's from UPPCL Dadri to Ansal API , has never been paid on time and in lieu to the same the amount it exceeded to accumulate , which is approx ₹10 -15 Lac , as pending payment.to UPPCL.
That :
UPPCL Dadri has been renewing the temperory connection since last 12-13 years .
That : please be notified that the OC and CC has been provided by Bulandshahr Authority for Tower C& D of Fairway Apartment. (attached )
That : the certificate from the authority specifies that the electricity, water , sewer and security, as basic amenities, has be intact , so as to provide the completion and occupancy certificate and the same has to and is in the scope of the builder / developer .
That :
How on the basic of Temperory connection , provided by UPPCL the certificate from the authority was granted.
That :
How ,The registry of our Apartment has been done without fixed and permanent connection .
That :
It is the responsibility of the Government / Authority and UPPCL Dadri to provide the electricity to the residents .as we have paid to the developer for fixed and permanent electricity connection .

Thease aforesaid matters must be scrutinized and the enquiry must be initiated against UPPCL Dadri- (JE, & Ex. ENGG.) Who have been unlawfully supporting the developer (Ansal API)

We Pray to the authorities; by either

1.To help us out by providing the Multiple Point Connection through UPPCL with prepaid meters.
2. Either providing the electricity to our apartments directly
3. To get the electrification done .for the aforesaid Apartment.
