There is very friquent cancellation of booked and confirmed cab at various point of time. Without any reason and notice to the customer the driver changes route to a different location. such incidences have been happening many a times. Then during the next booking the site says to pay first the cancellation charges. This happened today with me three times. The booked rides get automatically deleted from the site so that there is no evidence. The first Driver also ask for the drop site and if it does not suit him he cancels the ride even after reaching the pick-up site or just before. The same incidence happened on 26th June also. for which I had to make payment for no fault of mine.
