We have bought a new 1.5 ton ac on 27/02/2022 on 13/06/22 it had some electric part malfunction issue for which a part needs to be replaced.I was told that it will be done in 5 days as the part comes from Ahmadabad.I had also called on the 17/06/22 to ask for update as no information was provided to me thereafter.And I was told that someone will contact me and resolve the issue as they are putting it on priority.But still no action has been taken and its more than14 days.My father is an 71 year old heart patient and we have been suffering heavily due to a/c not working.And if the ac does not work in summers then we don't need it. Kindly refund the money and we can buy some better a/c as hitachi has the worst a/c and even worst customer service. Also when I called customer care second time on 25/06/22 I was told the same story of someone will call you. When I asked them to connect to some senior ROHIT refused.I asked him his name he just said ROHIT. I asked for full name he refused to reveal the full name.I asked for employee ID he refused to reveal that as well.He told me that was the company policy and disconnected the call. Is this HITACHI'S CUSTOMERCARE. Hitachi as a company has gone to the bottom of a/c providers in the Delhi/Ncr. I made a big mistake buying an a/c from Hitachi. I have also bought another brand new split a/c on 30/03/22, which was delivered damaged. That a/c is also not working and its been 3 months and all I been provided with are excuses from everyone in Hitachi.They have taken 3 months and still have not replaced it. Complaint number is 22061606336 which stands closed in Hitachi's database. Shame on Hitachi as it has become a company of thieves stealing peoples money and not providing any service.
