Complaint Regarding washing machine repair

    Dear Panasonic,

    I am Renuka,i bought fully automatic washing machine on 2/11/21 within one month it didn't work properly, problem is spin function is not working properly and without selecting soak option it automatically goes to soak and got error buzzer.so i raised complaint on Jan 22, engineer visited and said problem with motherboard so he said he will again come back with new motherboard, actually my washing machine has warranty.But he didn't come back and without intimating to me,they closed my complaint.
    I raised complaint on second time,same procedure happened, without resolve my issue they closed my complaint, what's wrong here.
    So i raised complaint on 3rd time on 3/06/22, still now engineer didn't visit my home.
    I don't know what wrong with them, product has warranty,if you can't repair my product then I need replacement product.can u please resolve my issue as soon as possible,I faced problem with u people,if not I will take legal action against u.
