Complaint Double Payment

    While making payment for the amount of Rs.1359.15 towards the renewal of the License for 2 years (1 device), there was no payment confirmation given by your KASPER security website around 10.40 pm today. So, I tried it again and as per the SMS message received, twice payment of the above amount is done through my American Express card. I request you to immediately refund the additional amount to AE Card. It would be appreciated if you could confirm with me over the phone.
