We are customers at Mumbai & Pune. We wish to cancelled our connection of pune which in the name of My mother Mr.L J Rawal Consumer No.1995.,who is senior citizen.We approch our pune distributor i.e Pradeep Bharat Gas Agency,Pradhikaran,Sec.No.26,Nigdi.Since my mother had sifted to Mumbai due to health problem.Our Distributor of Pune had informed us that you can surrender your empty Gas Cylinder at your Airoli Agency and take a NOC or Letter from them that we had received the empty cylinders.
Our Pune agency has given us the form and inform us that along with NOC or Letter from your Airoli Gas agency ,send the KYC documents and all form to our Pune Agency by courier.After receiving the documents by Pune Gas agency they will cancelled our Cylinder and refund the amount to our Bank Account.
When we inquire with the staff our Airoli Gas Agency i.e.Radha Gas Service, they are not ready to collect our empty gas cylinders of Pune nor ready to give NOC to us. I spoke with the manager and narrated the story which our Pune Gas Agency had told me.I requested our Gas agency of Airoli to do the needful since my mother is senior citizen and it is not possible for us to take her to pune .So I request you to instruct our Gas Agency i.e Radha Gas Service to take our empty Gas Cyilnder of Pune and issue us a NOC/Letter in favor of M/s.Pradeep Bharat Gas Agency,Nigdi,Pune.and also we request you to speek to the owner of Radha Gas Service (Contact No.022 20874095/20876781 to help and do our needful.
