After that complainant wants to ask that when complainant contacted to Postmaster Head Post Office Bulandshahr Mobile No. 9627967147 on dated 27.08.2021 regarding complaint, complaint had not taken and listened by him after that he clearly told in report PG/PORTAL-334/2020-21 BULANDSHAHR, DATED 01.10.2021 that 'daily he talk many customers and do not any remember about Anurag Agarwal'. Then when complainant was requesting for complaint from Postmaster Sir he did not listen to complainant and told he do not remember about Anurag Agarwal after that he visited on dated 19.01.2022 at Anurag Agarwal residence without any prior information and letter regarding to talk complaint. What is the best policy and guidelines of Head Post Office Bulandshahr. Above all comes under forgery and any literate agency and officer who are seeing the above case will not say justify to above.
