I am kindly requesting to please read my email till end as I am really in need of your kind support in regards of my payment which got stuck since past three years and still unpaid by one party mentioned below …
Mr. Farid Teli & Saad Teli from Tele Traders Residence of Office no 139, Central facility building no 1 1st floor APMC, Market no 1 phase 2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai 400705, INDIA, mobile number +919820012864. Amount is 8,74,517 USD
From the year of 2019 till now I have sent 49 containers of dates from Iran to Mr. Farid Teli Mumbai India but the amount is still not paid by Mr. Teli till date, as reference to the attach file I have mentioned the detailed regarding our deals and contracts we had regarding our deals and all container were confirmed by Mr. Farid Teli that it was received by him without any issues and any arguments,
We have all the legal documents for those 49 containers exported to Mr. Farid Teli Mumbai and More than three times I have visited India and filed FIR against on Mr. Farid Teli in police stations of Nava Shiva but unfortunately there is no positive response and support till now.
I am writing this email to officially raise this concern to higher authorities of the respected government of India and request the higher authorities in order to support me in resolving my issue with the mention personality and get my payment done so that I can proceed on with my business as normal,
Note: - please find the attach document which contain complete details and we are ready to provide any legal documents required, A part from that we want to officially inform and share the attach notice in writing that we are not safe from Mr. Farid Teli side neither in Iran nor in India while I am visiting for my clearance,
