    Dear sir/Madam,
    1) I have a Samsung Galaxy Prime 7 smart pone.
    2) I have upgraded it from android 6 to 8 and down loaded the app "Fitbit".
    3) Update tracker was showing the message" firmware update available for fitbit charger 4"
    4) I tried to update but failed. It gave the message "Fitbit is not responding. close "
    5)It has greatly affected the performance of many other apps.
    ) Chrome, Google, G pay Messages are not responding. In contacts, there is no speaker and also there is no red button to cut call.
    7) The same problem continues in the phone even after uninstalling "Fitbit".
    8) I tried to contact the Serivce Center at Kunjibettu, Udupi. No body is receiving the pone.
    9) Kindly help me so that I can use my phone as earlier.
    10) Also give me the latest contact number so that I can contact them at any time.
    11) The pone numbers that I tried are 0820-4294895 and 08204293708.
    12) When I tried the first number, the call was automatically ending without any message. For the second number, I got the message :Invalid number"
