Complaint Septic tank water at road

    Sir I am living in 11th Street, Second Cross, Thendral Nagar East, Thirumullaivoyal, Avadi, Chennai 600062 for the past 22 years and paying house tax from the date of construction. There is one dead end road on my left side and there are houses at other side. All the other side houses especially occupied cut owner by Mr Saravanan is letting there septic tank and used water on the road and it is coming to my entrance. I have requested them to see this for several years. They are now even listening to me. My son last week suffered by Dengu and now recovered. Kindly help. T.S. Prabakaran
