Respected Sir
My self ,wife of Late Nadeem Qureshi (owner of Ali's Non Veg Restaurant) a very famous / popular brand in Dehradun opposite Cross Road Mall wants to bring your kind attention towards my situation after my husbands death.
1) Nadeem Qureshi who was the only son of his father Zareef Ahmed succumbed to accidental injuries sustained on 26/10/2021 and died at AIIMS Rishikesh on 06/11/2021.He left behind me and his two sons ( thirteen and three year old respectively)
2)After my marriage in 2008 I have been living at H No 09 EC Road Dehradun , Opp SK Memorial Hospital , but just after the death of my husband my father in Law Mr Zareef Ahmed along with his daughters has been making all efforts to throw me and my sons from this house.
3) My Father in law did not spent a single rupee on the treatment of his son at AIIMS. My father in Law has few days back sent me the bill of the food served to about 350-400 people after cremation ( who took part in funeral on 06/11/2021)
4) My father in law has willfully stopped the milk , ration and food of my children, so that we can starve to death from 06/11/2021
5) Today I am running my house and my kids education with the help from my sisters and my mother.
6) He (my Father in Law) with his two daughters , husbands of his daughters, sisters attacked me and my children on 10/11/2021.His daughters are forcing me to marry Zareef Ahmed if I want to live in this house.

7) My husbands Restaurant Alis Non Veg has also been illegaly being run by them ( the said property stands in my husbands name)
I have reported about the illegal running of restaurant to District Magistrate, Dalanwala Police , Karanpur Police etc many times , but all my requests have fallen to deaf ears.
8)My father in law is also in illegal possession of one Honda City car , one Hyundai Verna car , all debit cards, credit cards, passbooks of my husband, two mobile phones one of which is worth Rs 1.50 lakhs . I have reported to police many times and have requested them to please make efforts in bringing back my husbands articles BUT NO HELP AT ALL from Police.My father in law has specifically said that you and your sons will be facing very dire consequences if you will not vacate this house.

I have been contacting, emailing to administration (DM, Commisioner Garhwal), Police (DIG, IG )and even to CM office and Governor office (through CM Helpline portal and secretaries of Governor for the last one and half months but not a single person is there to hear me, to help me, to listen to my pain and sorrows.

I request you to please highlightand publish my greivances and the mis-handling of the issues by administration and Police , so that all the readers of dehradun and nearby knows the real face of our ministers, police and administartion.

Sir I am left with not a single rupee today. How long will my sisters and mother will help me?
How will I survive? How will I educate my Children?

Here I wish to inform you Sir . It was my husband only who had built the restaurant ( which it is today) and he was the person who had expanded the parental business of Meat in Dehradun. My father in Law is incapable (Physically and Mentally) to handle the business since last 12-15 years
My Husband Nadeem had alone built this house, we are living in. he had made two houses for his father. But today his father wants to give all things which my husband earned and made to his daughters and their husbands.

Please contact Sir me and I shall tell you my complete story how things have been made hell for me. How not a single Dept is listening to my greviences ?
