Complaint Exam fees deduction but form not submitted

I have filled my exam form at midnight (12:5 AM) on 21/11/2021. And I did the transaction. The message appeared 'PGS10001-Success'. but no receipt was generated. And the amount of rupees 1850 was deducted from the bank account. But my status of form is still 'Forwarded by the Institution'. It's now more than 10 hours but still, my form is not submitted. And today is the last day.
The below is the confirmation message by the bank.
Please either submit my form successfully or refund the fees to me as soon as possible. Please look into this immediately because today is the last day and do the needful.
