    Dear Team Benetton,
    My name is Rakhi Snehi and this complaint is in regard with a Jeans for my Kid which I purchased from UCB,Mahagun metro Mall, Shop no-21, Plot no VC-3 vaishali ghaziabad on 05/11/2021. Details are mentioned below:-

    Please note that I had bought this Basic denim with belt for my daughter from UCB as I was expecting the best quality and best customer support. On 16 nov 21 I sent my person to the concerned outlet to change the denim as it was a size tighter for my kid. The shop guy changed the same but unfortunately I wanted to get the exchange as the new denim was again pressing hard on the kid stomach and this time I wanted to buy something else. So on 17 nov I sent my person to get the exchange of the article but the shop keeper attitude was very bad at that time, he even denied to to talk to me on the phone. He very rudly denied to exchange the denim mentioning that we cannt change it for 2nd time and asked us to contact to other UCB outlet.
    On the very same day I visited 3 malls (shipra mall, pacific mal & India habitat center) but I come to know that all three outlets are closed and not operative. I would like to raise this concern first the shop keeper at your mahagun mall outlet is having a very bad attitude as he didn’t know how to deal with female customers secondly if all the nearby outlets are permanently closed then why the shop keeper asked me to visit other outlet.
    As a genuine customer I want a clear justification. If my Denim is within the exchange period and there is no physical damage is done . INfact all the tas and invoice is also available with me then why the exchange is not possible. Due to covid precautions we cannot get the trail done to our kid as it’s not safe.
    This was really a bitter experience with the company and has urged me to consider legal notice. It would be considerate of you to look into the matter and get it solved. I had contact the dealer concerned about the free replacement on full value only which I pay for buying them on immediate basis .I am entitled for better service from your part.
    Please take an appropriate action and do the needful on priority. I am facing a genuine problem and my kids denim is within the exchange period only Therefor i want exchange for the same to some other article.
