    Service for the car ford figo was booked in advance including remote complaint and confirmed the avalability of the sapre. Today the car was taken to service and now 3:45pm, they are telling programming machine complaint. We are very far from the city around 50km and also and my brother was taken the car to service who is a bus driver for school. He assigned his job to another driver and gone to service station today. There was no major service, only oil change... If it was informed earlier, we could have postpone this service to other date. Also i had very bad experince with malayalam ford in my las service. The vehicle was taken two times to service station on the next day of service. After taken the car on the way to my home, the car got the same signal error supposed to be checked by the technician before delivering the car. Two times it is taken to service, still they could not identify the error, finally i given the car to outside workshop evenafter paying high service charge to ford... No more service with FORD.
