    I submit before you the facts
    Till March 2021 there was no supply of water.
    Jan, feb,March21 bill clearly says "water not drawn."
    Water line was disconnected when BWSSB did the sewage work in 2019( earlier there was no supply)
    In April your Water Man Mr Venkatesh was able to help me find out the reason for non supply of water and rectified.
    In May your Meter reader informed me that in one month, the reading was 3 lakhs liter. Since he acknowledged that so much water was not supplied, Meter reader billed only for 60,000 ltrs.
    He suggested to change the meter .
    Recently, in mid August, a Jio contractor laying a cable without permission from BWSSB, broke the water pipe, I had complained to the AEE.
    Since then, there is no water supply. The same was confirmed by your inspector ( Mr. )and waterman ( Mr. Bala) who visited on the instructions of AEE.
    After several follow up they repaired on last Friday 8th of October.
    Ironically, September bill shows 25,000 ltrs consumed, the meter still reads as 3 lakhs only ( as on April 21 reading).
    Please note that if the first month had shown 3 lakh litres, why has it not shown similar reading after that? It is very evident that the meter was erroneous and that much water consumption is impossible.
    Please correct my bill and enable me to pay the right amount.
