    Sir,
    I worked as a junior assistant at the Commissionerate of Technical Education from May 94 to Dec 99. Lat year I retired from Government service.

    I made request to the Commissioner of Tech Edn TS Hyd to furnish my GIS subscription . But there is no positive response.

    My request was rejected without exploring the possibilities.

    Please give a directive to the official concerned.
