Hi Team,
I recently purchased a Micromax LED TVs from Amazon and am trying to call the customer care office in Rourkela for setting it up. But what ever numbers are provided in the internet or catalog, none of them are in reach. One number is out of service and the other is switched off. And when I am trying to call the helpline number, even after staying on line for 13 minutes I do not hear any person on the other side except for the most annoying repetitive words " please stay online to talk to our customer care executive".
I really dont understand how do you think on doing a business in these conditions where the first impression to the customer is this worst. Please get back to me if you have any valid reason and suggestions to help me out.
