    Namaskaram , I had a question on spiritual experineces which i had last year , as i had been practicing yoga since last year .one day i had experinced something is happening in my middle my ribs or chest .it was something like 2 magnets facing opposites . Belive me it was a lunar eclips i had ecperinecd in me . After that day many things happening in me . I started feeling my soul moving in my body . I can feel the blood in my whole body,  i can expeinece how a human body sleeps from wakefull ness to sleep. Pls guide me if u understand my problem as i am not able to figure out .iam scred all the time .the moment i close my eyes something happens which i cannot articulate. Iam scred all the time. Help me i u could . Thanq u.
