*I have purchased hitachi Air-conditionet on 25-may-2019.
*It has not functioned properly since It was purchased because it was a defected unit.
*After trying a lot to get this AC repaired but all in vain.Thereafter I was given an offer that defected Ac can be replaced.If I pay GST of the new AC(unit).I am ready to pay GST IN lieu of new unit.
*I have a pdf as well as screenshot,hitachi's ASM, name "Premveer singh"approved that this unit (SE190C52465) is defected.Model no=RSNG318HCEA.
I therefore request you to concern my problem and give a better solution.I have been suffering for two years.i bought hitachi AC because becauseI had a trust on a company.
