Complaint Warranty Issue

    Dear Blue Star Team
    We bought 2 AC last year from blue star considering your services are far better from other brands. But unfortunately , we regret our decision as we have faced the same problem with your brand as well.
    The AC's are in company warranty for a year which includes their timely services but no one came till we call twice or thrice requesting them to come n do the services. I believe it should be system generated that services to be initiated from company's side.

    Our Bill was generated on 31st May 2020 and we had to extend the warranty. We are trying from last 3-4 days but all the customer care nos are coming off or not reachable. Fortunately we found one no. of blue star agent who was kind enough to update us about the warranty and other services.
    As per him, the warranty can't be extended now because the bill was of back date.
    I need to know where was my fault, I'm trying from 3-4 days and your nos were not going through. Just because of network issue, I have to face such problem.

    Would request you to kindly look into it and provide me with some solution. We believe in blue star and our most of the AC's are from your company only.
    I'm sorry to say but if you can't help me with this just because of 3 days delay then I and my friends n family circle need to look for other brands for my future requirements.
