    HON'BLE Sir,
    I have not received 6th pay stiker and 7th pay commission.

    Who are not Ph.D. degree holder are gatting all benefits of the 7th pay commission but still we are victimized. More over inordinate delay in gatting the benefits for no fault is like punishment.

    I have already sent my complain to all department authorities but thereis noresponse from anyone.

    I request you to look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
