The complaint is on regard with a defamatory youtube video published in a manner violating the privacy of the complainant. I try to mention the complaint in the above link but, when the link of the video is attached it shows invalid, so hereby attaching the petition.

The Complainant Joshy Cyriac is a reputed man who has goodwill in running Mora Beef Farm and also received various awards for running this farm.

On 07.03.2021 the Youtuber Lijo in his youtube Channel published a defamatory video with the photos and video of the Complainant in his youtube channel M4 Farm Tech, hereby attaching the link of the above video published in the channel M4 Farm Tech. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LZ_mqLD6Qs&t=93s

So the complainant on 10.03.2021 reported the video and forwarded a complaint to the youtube and youtube requested to submit a court order.

So the complainant filed a complaint before the Cyber Police Station in which the case is registered as 279CC in the Cyber police station Ernakulam (Rural) and they also forwarded the report to the Youtube.

The complainant also filed a complaint to National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal , the Acknowledgement No: 21503210070633. on the matter of defamation.

Now the matter is before the Honourable First Class Magistrate Court Muvattupuzha on grounds of Defamation which is registered as CC. 298/2021.

So it is very much clear that the video posted by the Youtuber in his channel M4 Farm Tech is Defamatory and is in violation of the Youtube Policies as well as in violation of Section 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code. In the video the photos and videos of the Complainant Joshy Cyriac is streamlined at (0.03 - 0. 11 , 0.51 , 1.14 - 1.18 , 2.05 - 2.08 , 7.19 , 8.43) in the timelines of the video which amounts to much hardship and pain to my client Joshy Cyriac.

In Kiran Bedi and Jinder Singh v. Committee of Enquiry, AIR 1989 SC 714,
"Right to good reputation is a valuable privilege of ancient origin and necessary to human society. And the right is within the Constitutional guarantee of Personal Liberty"

So it is truly believe that Youtube as an intermediary will take immediate action inorder to safeguard the goodwill and reputation of the complainant and will block the defamatory video which is streamlined.
