I have purchased a jacket from Sachdeva store(SCO -88 PLA shopping complex) Hisar dated on 09/01/2021. I has used only 3 times to till date. After that jacket clothes is showing defected out of side. I told the dealer this pic is defected, dealer said that I am not responsible for that. You lodge a complaint online portal to Monte Carlo customer care, then company will be decided for that. Please look into the matter urgently as soon as possible. After that I lodge a complaint MCA (ministry of corporate affairs)/ Grievance cell.
