    Dear Sir,

    This is to inform you that myself P Devendra Rao having Aadhar Card No.- 6836 6856 2929 along with 5 other family members, took the Indigo Flight No.- 6E-492 having PNR No.- ERWQYR, from Raipur to Bangaluru on 25th February 2021 at 7:55 PM.

    In this connection, please note that during the Final Security Check, we missed one Purple and Black Color Duffel Bag (approx size 20 inches X 10 inches) at the Airport itself.

    Hence, we would request you to kindly help us to locate the subject bag and arrange to hand over the same to my Cousin Brother Mr. P Sirish Kumar (Contact No.- 8109992446), Manager - Bank of India, Raipur Main Branch, whom I am authorizing for collection. (He will produce his ID Card during Collection)

    We once again request you to kindly treat the matter Most Urgent and help us out in finding our lost bag at the earliest possible.
