    Sir, my mother had an appointment in aluva passport seva kendra for the renewal of her passport. During the visit, one of your lady staff insisted her to buy the passport cover, which is coast 400RS.My mother, though, she had less money with her, paid this amount. According to that staff, that cover would be delivered by post along with passport. Today, we received it ina plain cover. This is really cheating and awkward service from a government service center. Hope, the proper action will be taken.
