Dear Flipkart and Ekart,

After a very long association with Flipkart, today I am very disappointed. This is unexpected actually.

I had placed an order for 7 items on Jan 20, 2021. Order number is OD120800763102587000.

I specifically mentioned that these items should be delivered during office hours between 10 am - 5 pm at a local Bangalore address in Yelahanka area.

Ekart Logistics made the first delivery late evening a few days ago. We ignored the late delivery time, thinking the delivery person may be having some problem.

Last night, the next delivery was attempted at 10.30 at NIGHT at the office !!! Please tell me which office would be open at that time ?!
More surprising was that I got a message by Ekart Logistics that the item had been delivered by their delivery person T. Ramakrishna!

This item has not been delivered. Please get it delivered today. ON TIME. During office hours.

How am I getting this delivered message for non-delivery? Please check whether delivery has really been made before sending a confirmation message. Otherwise, Flipkart gets a bad name.

Also, the contact number of the delivery boy should be given in the sms.

Please also ensure that Ekart Logistics delivers the remaining items during office hours between 10 am and 5 pm at the Bangalore address.

Otherwise, if Flipkart cannot ensure this, then kindly refund the amount.
