    Lost my valuable Passport
    My brother sent me a parcel no 32968320114 containing my passport from Egypt to Saudi Arabia on 1st November
    2020. The parcel was not delivered after long time, so i contacted Aramex customer care several times by emails and phones inquiring about my shipment with no definite answer.
    Only after complaining to Saudi Communications and Information Technology Commission, they answered to them & to me that the parcel was lost. these shocking news caused extensive irreparable harm to me as the passport contained valuable data which is impossible to retrieve. After a long terrible communication with uncoordinated, very poorly trained customer care they said that their compensation policy is from $ 25:100 whatever the value of the parcel (the cost of shipping was $ 65). I could not find their compensation policy in their web site or anywhere, so i requested it from them but i got no reply. Now they stopped responding. They did not pay any compensations and did not even return shipping fees.
    Avoid Aramex at any cost.
