I am in possession of a water heater RR Supreme DLX 15 Ltrs Model UA150600388. I put a service request on 31.12.2020 (heating element to be changed.) but the same was not attended till today. I communicated several times to No 18001032676 but of no use as I have been deprived of getting service.
It may also be mentioned that I purchased the product from Keshari Electricals, GNB Road, Guwahati. I told them to get the service done but showed no interest to render the customer service. The service was allotted to Technician Mr Mantu Barman (Satisfaction code 2957) but not attended. As a customer, I am supposed to get services from the Company. I think it is not a satisfactory customer service.
I request you once again to attend the request positively by today.
