Complaint Related to new tractor

    I bought a new tractor on 13 Nov 2020.We started to work with the tractor from 20th Nov.We connected the trolley and tested it.There was problem that some noise was coming through the engine. We called the dealer and told this at the evening they sensed a mechanic and he just changed the hydraulic filter.But the problem was solved only for some minutes.The hydraulic was lighting very slow with a noise.we informed them but they told let it run .The first service was to be done on 19 Dec.The mechanic came and we started telling the problems .
    The digital console was not working properly.
    So, he told he will put an claim and we will change it.We said Ok.He changed the engine oil and filter oil and oil .After changing the filters the hydraulic was unable to lift .After looking to everything he said I have to change the pump .He changed it the very next day.But the problem was still not solved the trlley was lifting still slowly and by vibration. He said you have to take the tractor to our service center there we will open the full set-up and let the problem now.

    So the problem is purchaseing a new tractor and receiving such big issues is very bad .
    The tractor didn't run for a month .

    The dealer gives us a faulty tractor.It is because there was only this tractor infront of our eyes of its kind .

    So, it is my humble request to please change the tractor. We are farmers please understand our feeling.
