Complaint Dashboard problem and internal transfer

    I am staying in platinum city f1210 Bangalore. Last month i got a message saying that my flat is being off boarded. Since then i have been trying the manager i am getting no response. After that they themselves gave mail for internal transfer to f603. But i asked for bed not room. Now the dashboard is updated with 33000 rupees and i am not able to shift to f603 also. Please take this matter on urgent basis.
