    It is highly disappointing that being a very old coustomer of Biba I am highly dissatisfied with the product which I bought on 6th july 2019 and it got torn in just my 2nd time wear in march 2020 even without washing once. I put a complaint against this issue in the month of march itself but because of lockdown, I didn't get any feedback...in july 2020 when I inquired about it again ,store manager told me that he was totally unaware about the issue as he was transferred to this store recently. Now He assured me that he will look into the matter .
    Since now I have given several visits to the store but nothing has sorted out and they are saying that now it is more than 1 year of my purchase it is being difficult for them...even if I had left my torn piece in the store itself in March 2020..

    As as old coustomer I really feel sorry for the services of BIBA ..as there is no hearing of the coustomer
    KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS A GOOD N PROFESSIONAL BRAND and not cheating your coustomers
