    I purchased a mobile battery for my samsung galaxy J7 vide order #593748. It was delivered to me in the evening of 17 Oct 2020. when I fitted in my mobile. this is not running. Therefore it is requested to kindly arrange for pick up and refund. Moreover I has been observed that company is cheating people by forged/manipulated five star customer satisfaction rating and poor satisfaction rating options are disabled. Company's phone no. 7074737711 also remains continuously engaged. Please arrange to pick up and refund at the earliest. failing which matter will be escalated to consumer forum and appropriate Govt. authorities.
