4fun is a mobile social networking app and platform available for Android phones right now but we also looking forward to launch on IOS ,
The basic 4fun product has voice chatting room function and video communities, people can meet with new friends on 4fun platform. karaoke feature it will be free for users and there is no file of your music will generate I means no one can record it and no one can hear it after leave the broad, they can hear only in live (for example star maker and smule application) , I will send you further details about our product function

Basically
We are launching new feature of “Karaoke”, users can sing songs with the rhyming lyrics of songs.
So I want to talk with you about what is the licensing price if we want to take license of 100 song's karaoke

Some genuine clarification

. what will we use for Karaoke exactly
:We don't need for pure songs we just need to instrumental music of some famous songs and users can only use that music when they are on live

. Is the service currently live in any territory? If yes, what is the current subscriber base?
: 4fun application currently available in India and middle east, current user base is about 300,000 users

· Have any other label(s) in India licensed the content to you?
: Not yet but we are under talking with other labels also


· Are you looking at ingesting all of our content i.e. Domestic & International- for Karaoke? We can license only the domestic content (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi) for India
:We only need domestic content


· Is the service app based on mobile or is it a web based service too
:It is only for mobile


· Is this a subscription based service?
:No, it is not subscription based service, like most mobile app service, user use our service for free


· Do you need the master + publishing license or only the publishing license?
:We need it for Karaoke only, so we only need the composition (underlying melody, lyrics, and music) of the song, I gess we only need the publishing license

. Is this available on iOS and Android both?
:Currently only available on Android, iOS will be available within 3-6 Months

. so this means all the Indian content spread out across languages?
:Currently we only need hindi and Bengali songs, we start hundreds songs; we would not say all content will spread across languages, because it is for our user to sing with our app as karaoke mode, only Hindi user will use Hindi content, Bengali user use Bengali content.


. what revenue model do you use to license the content in India and middle east?
:Our user will use the content free as karaoke for fun and social with other users; our revenue mode is in app purchase (IAP), like mobile game for free, but users can buy better virtue goods for better gaming experience ; our users can purchase in app virtue diamond in our app, and users can send other users virtue gifts by consuming the diamond, there many kind of virtue gifts in our app, like virtue rose, virtue car, many of them.

. will you reproduce the music & add a slate of lyrics or will you use the original master and mute the vocal?
: We will not reproduce the music and add lyrics, we just use the original master and mute the vocal
