Complaint Regarding my refund

On 21 September 2020 at 5.30 P.M approx I was booking ticket from munbaskygirl5@gmail.com and phone no. 9005381860 the payment was successfully deducted from HDFC Bank but ticket was failed immediately I called Redbus customer care no. they were telling us that they have record that we were booking the ticket but payment is not received to them ....Then we called bank from that vary day...We complaint bank they have registered the complaint and the said that we have a receipt and payment transaction received successful by Redbus. And now when we are calling Redbus they are declining that there is no booking of failed transaction from the same no. and mail Id...They are straight away declining but on the day of failed booking they were accepting that they have record.
