    I Nagappan Nadar residing at sabu Bhavan, varambil, olathanni, Neyyatinkara, Thiruvananthapuram-695121. My consumber No: PKV/105/D and Consumer ID: 2121101553. I paid entire dues and fine as per the bill raised by you on 27/07/20. According to the bill Meter Reading -5151, Consumption-75 / monthly rent 904, Fine-10, Additional amount-904 Total=1818 and same amount paid on 18/08/2020.

    The bill raised from your end on 24/09/20 meter reading-5240, Consumption-89. The details given by you was not acceptable to me since I paid entire amount in time without any dues even worst pandemic condition. As per the bill monthly rent 1246 additional amount 1030, total=2276. I am not in a position to pay the faulty bill which wrongly prepared by you. Kindly generate a new bill accepting your mistake and also make necessary arrangement to waver the additional amount. Kindly make sure such problem will not affect in future. This is for your information and necessary action at the earliest.
