on 16-08-2020 I have tried to place the order certain garments.amounting to Rs.1304/03. my order was not successful but my payment has been debited. i have been following up with AJIO for the one month for refund. but no response or no way to contact them in given Nos. alternatively tried sending mails but no response. I have not expected this type of response from such esteemed organisation. if the company does not respond , will be escalated through consumer forum. I think such a esteemed organisation should have customer care for solving customer issues/payment issues rather FAQs uploaded in customer care site.
